The place is big.
Gorgeous hotel, clean, employees are best, and location is magnificent especially down at the beach. Perfect service and the food is excellent. There is parking on site. The gourmet restaurant with a massive choice of food from all around the world is what you need. Greatly enjoyed our 4 days in this property, no complaints

Regnum Carya offers fine gardens and an engaging entertainment program. The food was so good with its quality and variety. The high demand for a la carte reservations created some frustration during peak hours.

The venue is nicely decorated and ideal with friendly efficient staff. The breakfast choices are massive with pasta, severe food allergies, fish. The services are very good, including an amazing pool. Happy to have a bar in the lobby. A really lovely stay, I will be back.

Spacious and clean accommodations.
We faced significant challenges with the reception staff. A particular employee was rude and unhelpful, causing a lot of stress over our reservation. We ended up missing dinner reservations due to poor communication from the guest services, forcing us to dine outside the resort. This level of service was unacceptable and really impacted our experience.

Super fun family stay!
We had a blast here! The photos by Makro were great, really captured family moments like no phone could. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too, perfect for sunset meals! Just a heads up, our check-in was super delayed. We had to wait ages for our third room while juggling kids. Not cool.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
This place is a hidden jewel! With its lush green walkways that shield you from the sun, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that offer fine views, and food that surpasses typical all-inclusive options, it's hard not to fall in love. The adult-only pool and vibrant evening entertainment add a special touch for couples!

Multiple pool options , really good customer engagement, fine beachfront access
Room cleanliness upon check-in could be improved!!! Reservations for a la carte dining were a hassle, and the entertainment seemed more family-oriented with minimal adult-specific activities!!! Maybe a better management approach to issues would enhance the experience.

The fresh cheese bread was a game-changer, a must-try while lounging at the beach. The Italian restaurant was another highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. Plus, the Japanese spot served sushi, made my heart sing!
While the culinary journey was great, the horde of kids at dinner was a bit much was great. We also missed out on turndown service on some nights, which left us feeling a tad unattended.
